Privacy Policy

RAM CADDSYS is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard data when you interact with us.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you submit a contact form, request a quotation, sign up for training, or communicate with us by email or phone.

Information collected may include: full name, company name, email address, phone number, job title, country, and details about your software requirements.

We may also collect information automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your enquiries and provide product quotations; process software license orders and deliver purchased products; provide technical support and training services; send service-related communications; and improve our website and services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information with our software vendor partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your license order or providing warranted technical support.

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Sensitive information such as payment card data is handled by our payment processor partners and is not stored on our servers.

While we take reasonable precautions, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Cookies

Our website uses analytics cookies to understand which pages engineers use, so that we can improve them. Nothing analytical is set until you say yes: analytics storage is denied by default through Google Consent Mode, and Microsoft Clarity — which records anonymised session replays and heatmaps — is not loaded at all until consent is given. If you browse with JavaScript disabled, no analytics tag loads at any point.

On your first visit a banner asks you to accept or reject analytics. Your answer is saved on your own device, in this browser's local storage under the key "ramcadds.consent.v1". If your browser blocks that storage we fall back to a cookie of the same name, holding only the word "granted" or "denied". Either way the answer stays on your device, is not sent to us, and does not identify you.

You can change or withdraw your answer at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page: it reopens the banner so you can choose again. Withdrawing reloads the page, which stops any analytics already running for the rest of your visit and prevents it loading again. Cookies that Microsoft Clarity had already set before you withdrew are not deleted by us — clear this site's data in your browser to remove them, which also resets your choice so the banner will ask again on your next visit.

5. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or embed content from third-party services (such as Google Maps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.

We use Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand website usage patterns, and Microsoft Clarity for anonymised session replay and heatmaps. Both load only after you accept analytics. Google's and Microsoft's use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Our contact forms may use third-party services to deliver messages securely. These services operate under their own data protection agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law.

Lead and enquiry data is retained for a reasonable period to allow follow-up communications in line with legitimate business interests.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@ramcadds.in.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.
